The 33rd annual Saugus Founder’s Day will be held
on Saturday, September 8, 2012.

Donations are always accepted. Any donation received will go towards the continuance of Founder's Day.

Cost: Saugus Residents ~ $35.00 | Non-Residents ~ $65.00 | Organizations/Businesses ~ $45.00 | Non-profit ~ No fee
Forms postmarked after July 8, 2012 must add $10 late fee
* Each space will be 10' x 10' - we highly recommend a tent/canopy for each spot
** Any food product needs to be approved by the Health Department. Please call Frank Giacolone, Public Health, at

Please send payments by check or money order only and make payable to Saugus Founder's Day.
Payment must be sent in along with application form in order to have a spot by August 8, 2012.
NO LATE FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
